Elephant Lever Chain Hoist, YA-100-1, 1 Ton x 1.5 Mtrs

The Elephant Lifting YA ratchet Lever hoist has an electro-coated, steel body with an enclosed case, electro-coated components, and a nickel-plated disk hub and feed gear, for strength and resistance to shock, corrosion, and wear. This hoist has a mechanical galvanized grade 105 load chain for high tensile strength and to minimize weight.

• Grade 105 galvanized load chain, which adheres to the strict German DIN 5684 standard.
• True one touch-free spooling, which automatically brakes when a load is applied.
• Redesigned hooks with tip supporting safety watch hoist body has an electro-deposited black finish for corrosion resistance
• Ratchet recovery of 16.5 degrees for 0.8t to 1t and 14 degrees for 1.6t to 12t.
• Internal side plates have hardened steel bushings for excellent load sheave and pinion support internal side plates, pinion, pawls, and pawl springs have an electro-deposited coating that helps resist corrosion.
• Internal disc hub and ratchet wheel are nickel plated for corrosion resistance.
• Suitable for operation within a -4 degree to 140 degree temperature range.
